Crazy Ab Workout
So now that you want to get your core in shape, you’re likely willing to go to any length, which usually means looking for a core stoking crazy ab workout that not only strengthens and tones the core muscles, but that also gets your body’s metabolic function up so that belly fat is burned away too. If you do a quick search online for a killer or crazy ab workout, lots of information comes up on how to get abs, including video based workouts posted on YouTube, like Six Pack Now, the Spartan Workout, and the 300 Ab Workout.
Regardless of whether or not you opt to use a standard workout or a crazy ab workout, there are certain aspects that, according to fitness experts, you should always take into consideration, including safety, cost, and ease of use. Many of the workouts that are considered to be the craziest workouts are free. For instance, the 300 Ab Workout, which is not for the faint of heart, was actually used to get the cast and crew of the movie 300 in top notch shape and sporting toned abs quickly.
You can find this workout online for free, and some of the sites that offer it do provide step by step instructions, while letting you know that this workout includes a total of 300 reps of six standard exercises: pull ups, dead lifts, push ups, box jumps, floor wipers, and the clean and press. P90X, a DVD based hardcore workout, is also placed in this category, due to the fact it contains a killer ab component.
The Spartan ab workout, and a number of the other crazy ab workouts offer a similar approach, but what if you’re not really up for doing this kind of workout three or more times a week?
According to experts, The Flex Belt abs belt is an effective solution for toning, sculpting, and strengthening weak and out of shape core muscles. The Flex Belt’s built in microprocessor generates EMS impulses, and when these impulses come into contact with the core muscles, they begin to do their own crazy ab workout, while the user does chores, works, plays, reads, or cooks a meal. This may sound a bit like voodoo, but it’s not, it’s actual science applied to the ab machine. Doctors have used EMS technology for years, and it has been clinically proven to be effective.
The Flex Belt has also been through clinical studies showing that it is as effective, as it is safe to contour core muscles. In fact, it has received an endorsement by Dr. John Porcari, the lead researcher on a study conducted at the University of Wisconsin, and it’s posted on the website, along with endorsements by well known as sports figures. Jill Wade, a former Ms Universe Fitness, reportedly uses it to keep her core in competition ready shape. You can meet Jill and read her story on The Flex Belt website. Consumers, who have other problem areas besides their core, may be interested to learn that The Flex Belt website is also offering their customers access to accessories, like the Flex Arms and Flex Mini, which tone the arms, hips, and legs using EMS technology.
So you’re looking for a crazy ab workout that will give you results? Well, as we saw above, there are lots of free and for pay options available. All of the workouts and core trainers we mentioned above are discussed in other articles, as well as on peer run sites that let you see, and sometimes hear, what your peers have to say about these crazy ab workout options, and checking them out can save you time and money in the long run by helping ensure that you get the best workout or the best ab belt for your needs the first time around.

I’m ready for a Crazy Ab Workout! Why not? Crunches are ok, but not giving me the results I want, even when I run besides, I’m just not getting the kind of abs I’m after, so why not something like that Spartan workout I’ve been hearing about? Gonna go to youtube and check it out, want a real challenge, something that’s gonna really kick my endorphins in the butt.
By Steve Ellis,
What about those 8 minute ab routines I been seeing, are those considered a crazy way to get an ab workout ’cause they sure seem to get results in a short time or at least they say they do, faster than an ab flex could do I bet.
By Lucy,
I just dont want to do a crazy ab workout I am getting older and I am tired. I want to stay strong core which I know is important for women my age but using an ab belt would be so much more conduce to my lifestyle and stage in life thanks.

I don’t think there IS SUCH A THING AS A CRAZY AB WORKOUT! I think whatever works for you, that’s what you should do, as long as YOU KEEP ON DOING IT! That’s the trick.
By anonymous,

By Opal,
woking out can be fun or it can be a chore depending on the day and how I feel so a good back up is an abdominal toning belt which I could use at home when I feel like doing something but not a crazy gym routine!
By Len332,
What a great workout on youtube, the 8 minute ab one I mean, doesn’t look all that crazy, and 8 minutes a day? Who can’t do that? No excuses to myself after I saw this one, no having to save up for a Cardio Twister, just gonna DO IT!
By Henry,
I hope getting in shape doesnt mean you have to do crazy ab workout every day I like walking and swimming and gentle exerxise so an ab energizer sounds abotu myspeed hope to find a good one for my life.
By Eve,
Not sure how you can get a serious crazy ab workout in 8 mins, it does not make sense to me. NO go to a pilates class for 60 minutes then we can talk about abs!
By Blythe,
usually for me working out is a chore, which is why a crazy workout routine for abs sounds exciting to break it up. but i had never even considered an ab belt before; now i’m thinking THAT might make more sense for me. GOnna read some more ab belt reviews & see if its the ab workout for me.
By micky,
60 minutes doing a n ab workout seems crazy to me,when there are quicker methods. i think my max is about 30 minutes. course you gotta eat well too, and it doesn’t mean doing nothing crazy like Hydroxycut just being smart, less fat, less carbs, more fresh produce, that should do it.
By JanineStar,
finding time in my day to workout is impossible but with an ab belt I believe I would try to get in a few monutes every day and that would be a huge improvement I just want to tighten some baby belly flab and get a little slimmer again without goign to malibu pilates etc.
By Rangely,
What’s a good exercise for bones because I don’t ever want to break my hip or something horrible like it happens to some old people and that’s that, may be walking with an ab shocker kind of belt would cover everything I need to do to stay healthy and look good?
By MargotLincolnLogg,
What I like about reading abs belts reviews is that they’re NOT crazy abs workouts, they’re just a way to get toned without any fuss or bother, now all I have to decide is which one I want to get.
By J.C.,
That’s true about an ab belt, can wear it during the day whenever you want to, no schedule to keep, reason enough for a busy person like me to think about getting one, have to multi task 24/7.
By Dave,
yeah ab belts are cool, not the crazy ab workout i had in mind but hey, at the end all i want is abs so as long as it work i am good with it. How much is the flex belt?
By Anonymous,
